The Top Pub as a Member of the AHASA was selected by St John Ambulance to be the site for a Public Access Defibrillator.  It is located on the outside wall of the hotel just right of the front door on South Terrace.   The location is on a register with SA Ambulance so that when a call is made to 000, the operator can easily direct the caller to the device.  We hope that the local community will respect this kind and vital donation from St John and the AHASA, and not tamper or damage the device.

Due to the need to replace a section of the floor in our Kitchen we shall not be offering any meals from 2pm Sunday 3rd of June until we reopen the kitchen at 6pm Wednesday 6th June.

We will not be opening on Good Friday.

Normal trading hours will resume on Saturday

We have completed the much needed renovations to the bar floor over the week end.  There was not much left of the structure to hold us or the fridges – probably just a wing and a prayer was all the kept us from falling into the cellar

On Sunday 25th  and Monday 26th of February we are closing the hotel to carry out some much needed repairs-  We hope to be open again Monday evening for meals but that depends on how the work progresses

We hope you all had a great New Years Eve and are not nursing too much of a hangover

New Years Day  we will be open at Midday

Meals are available from 12 -1.30pm and in the Evening from 6 to 7.30 pm

We will be open on Christmas day from 9am to 11am .  Boxing Day we will open at 12pm .  Wednesday  27th back to normal opening times.
